  1. As next we prepared the hardware and watercooling gear, so that we can assemble everything inside the case. Beside that we also painted the CPU Block, sleeved the Cables and prepared a Keyboard with hand made Pudding Keycaps and a new wooden wrist rest. Last but not least we prepared a new plexiglas sidepanel, as replacement for the original one. After that we also made a few final pics.
  2. As next we added a few more layers of clear coat to our Front Panel, before we milled new wooden feets for our chassis. They have exactly the same shape as the original feets so that we could attach them like the Original ones (like we did with the new front). When the Feets were clear coated, we polished all Parts and test mounted them on the Case.... As next we prepared a wooden Top and a Bottom Part for our Pump & Reservoir combo..... After milling the raw parts, we ad
  3. In the last weeks we took the Case apart and started to take measurements of the Original Front. After that, we transfered all the Data from the in + outside of the Front to a 3D Model which we used to generate the files, so that we could mill the new wooden Front. We took measurements from the in and outside because we want to attach the Front to the Case using the original mounting system, so we had to integrate the details from the inside of the front, so that we could mount those small Plastic clips which hold the Front on the Case. W
  4. Hi there this will be the Worklog for our SFF Build for the CMWS 2020. We will use a Coolermaster Masterbox NR200 for our Project. At the moment we plan to use a lot of Oak Wood to rebuild a few parts like the Front and the Feets with custom Build Wood Parts so that the whole Case becomes a little piece of decorative Art. Beside that we´re going to add other wooden details to the in + outside of the Case At the moment we´re not sure which hardware we will use, but we´ll keep you updated as soon as we have made the decision. So stay tuned fo
  5. When we were back from the German Casemodding Mastership we closed the opening on the Backside of the Bust and made a bigger Opening in the Front, because that we could easier show of the inside of Boba without removing the Jetpack from his back.(And the Opening is also much bigger so that it is easier for us to mount the Hardware inside) After that we added a few layers of fibre glass to all parts so that they get more rigid and sturdy...we didn´t had problems with the Bust up to this point but we wanted to make sure that we won´t get any problems in th
  6. At this point there were approx. 310 pieces left, which had to be printed, so we grabbed our 2nd Printer and shared the work between both of them. While one Printer was printing the parts for the Torso, the 2nd Printer started to print the Parts we needed to build the Head. So from now on, we worked on 2 Parts at the same time to save a bit of time (and still it should take more than 3 month to print all parts - even though we printed 24/7 even over the christmas holidays) After finishing the Printing Process of the first Head Parts we directly started to put them together so

This is our Second Project for the CMWS2019.... it will be a scratch Build Project and we already started the Building Process in November 2018. This Project will be Based on one of the most Popular Bounty Hunters in the Galaxy - Boba Fett. We Plan to build a Bust of his upper Body which will be mounted on a Base which will contain the PSU and Radiators for the Custom Watercooling Loop. It will look like this when we´re finished.... Before we could start the Printing Process of approx. 360 Parts (only for the Bust) we had to optimize
  8. As next we cut out a new Grill for the Top of the Case. Therefor we prepared a matching pattern and cut everything out of an Aluminium sheet. In the next steps we made a bend in this part like the original Top Grill has, so that we can mount it on Top of the Case once it is painted...... Beside that we finished the sanding process on the Case Handles and started to polish them.... Beside that we also put Primer on the first Parts of the outer shell, so that we could start the Painting Process as next.....
  9. Hi @ all, this Project was build for the Gamescom 2019, it was used at the Recaro Booth to show it together with their new Gaming Chairs. Like you can imagine we used the Recaro Colors (Black and White) for this build. We started this Project with a stock C700M Case which we took completely apart in the first step so that we could change the Colors of nearly all parts.... Before we continued the disassembly Process, we also made a quick template for the Grill on Top of the case

  11. Thanks for your reply Raymen! But i´m not sure what it should mean, will CM change the rule again....so that everybody could participate again, or are we out (i think nearly all)? and you´re just sorry about that ?
