Themed on my favorite Game Dead space. kartner Posted September 9, 2012 Author Share Posted September 9, 2012 Mounting the LCD to its frame For DIY Projectors you would need to remove the LED back light of the LCD First I removed the stickers at the sides, top and bottom Very carefully remove the Sticker with " Dont touch written on it" use a thin screw driver, Take Utmost care used in handling the board and LCD especially the connecting Ribbon... once thats damaged your LCD is dead... the board is double taped to the LCD, CAREFULLY pry it apart remove the LED backlit power Pry open the metal enclosure of the LCD and remove the LED back light It should look like this apart Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
