It's time to start making video card housing.

3D model it’s good, but need to check the actual layout and dimensions.

Aluminum darby will determine the angle between the sidewall parts during assembly:

Use an aluminum box-shaped profile:

One of these turbines will be installed inside:

So I have to give it a breath of fresh air, mark the holes:

Drilling holes

Ream a holes

Use an aluminum darby:

Hand made perforation:

Adhesive tape assembly:

After a while:

Cut away the needless edges and sanding:

Finally, after many hours of adjusting parts, video card housing installed on the guide mechanism and tested in action:

Now assembled frame with cover just hard to hold in hands and there is no normal position for its storage, have to immediately make a table mount:

To keep at least some element of intrigue, I will not specify which item from the world of Half Life 2 was the inspiration object
