MikeMaat
So after a couple days brainstorming about what, how and where to find the wright stuff I finally started with the plumbing part. Here you can see how I made the bends in the allu pipes and cut them on the wright lengths These pipes are for the bottom supports, the upper handles needs still to be shaped en welded with the TIG later one .... For the very first time you can see a familiar shape now Bottom side... The pipes are going to be welded to the bottom with two pipes connecting to each other for extra support. To Be continued ... MikeMaat
UPDATE !! A BIG disappointment about the welding part of my allu pipes... the guy who was going to help me to TIG the allu pipes says it’s almost impossible to weld them because they are to thin , I have to find another solution now and the time is ticking away . So after that part there was some good news to, I received my water cooling stuff from IT-service.be !! They were so kind to send me the stuff I needed first and will ship the rest separately with no dubble shiping costs so I was able to start on the cooling part ... So here I made two brackets to hold the 2x 420 Phobia rads in the wright angle and place + mounted some Noise Blockers (need 2more do). Tomorrow I hope I found someone or a solution for my pipe part so that the case is ready for sandblasting. Got Somme Bitspower stuff glimmen here to Mounting the Noice Blocker 140mm fans Keep Posted
MikeMaat
Today I mod the mid-plate so it can be used again, it’s a crucial part as it supports the mobo tray, fan holders and the 2x 420mm rads. With support of some heat and a saw I made it useful I that it's about time to remove the protection foil because everything will be sandblasted tomorrow I HOPE !! Some global pictures without the foil ... looks much better Ready for sandblasting !! To be continued......
