That happened to me as well, what I did was open the image in paint, and then resize the image, then type in 50 in place of 100, and it will literally half the size of the image! Good luck man! Could be size or number of photos per post. Don't post huge photos because no one is going to wait around for them to load. I use 640 x 480, sometimes a 800 x 600 but never anything larger. No need really. I also like to keep it down to 10 photos or less per post. There is a limit in the software. Not sure what it is.
