Ali Abbas
hi guys, so here i have started to do some liquid cooling engineering. i attained a central heating temperature guage and with some basic plumber fittings it will be integrated in the water flow and measure the liquid temperatue. its in a brass look and thus also matches the fire brigade theme. here i have made the fixture out of aluminium sheeting. Ali Abbas
hi guys, here are some more developements i have finished. first of all i finihsed the back siren which by the way also sound on chassis intruders via a little flip swiicth triggered when you remove the side panel. the chrome handle were from an old server. the siren has been modified with chrome stick liners and bathtub water filters as well as other bactroom chrome fittings. at the back of the 67th B are two chrome drain pipes modded itno vertikal exhaust pipes. they need clapper rain cobers just like real uprights exhaust pipes on trucks which will clapper around when air is blown out via the 2x 25mm fans which i am waiting for. i made them from milk karton lids, old hdd sleeves and cieling back toothed hooks. they work greta and the efect is swell. this way the warmer air is ventilated out of the back of the case too. Ali Abbas
the next chore was to get the hdd bays covered and i decided to make a 67th logo isdie from which red leds can shine through to illuminate the insed of the case indirectyl through the mesh. i also finished the mdf base for the sirenes red and white flasher which is placed on top where the on off switch used to be, that is of course now in the front hydrant. Ali Abbas
i finished and fixed the clappers on , as you can see i made holes in the exhausts, i went on and changed that though because i didnt like the optic very mucha and besides it sucked into too much ait so that i really would have to rev up the little fans to get the rian coveres/clappers to clap at all. the next hurdle was the break down if all these parts for primer putty and paint. the internal and rear parts i mean. as all was dismantled anyway i decided to make a mesh templete and pressed myself a fan protecting cover for the internal fan.
