Helloo everybody,, Thankyouu keep stay on my worklog..

Here I have prepared acrylic at the beginning of the worklog, the part I want to do now is the side casing ..

I will do the initial drilling, for the rotary hinge section using axles and bearings. Which then I deepened again about 2mm, So that the surface is flattened with the other parts

After finishing the holder for the hydraulics, I made the installation of a rotary hinge for the hydraulic end of the swing and do not forget also to make persing to head bolt to surface flat with acrilic

I will try to install the hydraulic with the bearing holder that I made earlier,, try it first with plywood .. I am afraid of wrong and choose to be careful, although I have measured and I make sure it. And also I do a test whether hydrolic can work as I expected or not.

Thanks friends have followed my progress so far ,,

Today I am planning on cutting back the main case, doing some painting items, and cleaning the components I suppose it's dirty.

The first step, I remove the rivets with a drill, on the plate that I will not use later

20170424_135625.thumb.jpg.53b7e79d043d8954776857e3c597c368.jpg

Then I will start cutting the part that I have measured to enlarge the space in pc

20170424_172727.thumb.jpg.1a8d770e12ac6b638d2f27760e50f0ee.jpg

And I smoothed the scrapbook with a miser

20170424_173810.thumb.jpg.b476b67fbde66cee7decef463ea262d8.jpg

I cut the acrylic sheet to make the top cover psu

20170424_192349.thumb.jpg.e8c9fa307bacefbcea91a3b38d71853f.jpg

I made it with the right size so that the results fit and neat

20170424_192419.thumb.jpg.f0baab3b702023d4e56b7d20584a9328.jpg

Because all my computer hardware is secondhand, so everything looks blurry, dirty, and dusty. Consequently I will do the cleaning on every component that I will plug in this rig.

Hy friend's ,, i will unpack psu .. because psu long enough i wear and have aged .. so maybe a lot of dust there .. lol .. let's check ..

Before I will close the corsair sticker with clear tape, so that later when I paint easy to remove it ,, and easy to find the curve part so that I can easily cut in accordance with the pattern

Again I play acrylic .. I will make a hole with the size of diameter 12cm for air flow powersupply, because I make a psu cover on the bottom psu .. if I do not make air holes powersupply will be hot and probably will reduce age and durability ..
