To complete the loop for the second system I needed to connect it with a pump. First I thought about using one pump in each of both systems. But as the length of the loop for the 2nd system got a bit excessive (all in all around 8 metres with 3 balancers inbetween and containing close to 5 litres of fluid) I decided to be on the safe side and using a dual-pump setup. Therefore I've modified two Alphacool VPP655 pumps (D5) with an Eisdecke Dual Pump Cover.

Instead I worked on another lighting effect for the showcases by using some el-lighting foils, corresponding inverters, some transparent colored foils normally used for theatre spots, leftover tinted plexiglas from the matrix cover and some 3D-printed stencils. I combined them all together with my SSD/HDD drives to create some lighted "packages":

Just in time as I was getting ready to flood the 2nd system the components from Cooler Master arrived:

I've cabled it and also installed an USB 3.0 KVM Switch with 4 ports into the middle compartment. This has given me the ability to use mouse, keyboard, the RGB-mousebad and my Elgato Stream Deck together on both systems. Simply need to press a button (cable remote mounted under the bridge) to switch between both systems.

Before I made the cut-outs on the front plates I was already planning to use Cooler Master Masterfan SR120R ARGB fans there. Whilst the Aigo-ones which I've used till now were standing out a bit, the SR120R's were fitting seamlessly into the openings:

Last component added before I flooded the system was an Aquacomputer Farbwerk360 RGB-controller. In my personal opinion the best RGB-controller avaiable on the market.

Up to 360 adressable LEDs could be controlled by it (4 channels - each can control 90 lights). Also up to four temperature sensors and one flow sensor could be attached also. Using the aquabus-interface it can connect to all other Aquacomputer-products like pumps, fan controllers, and so on. But it also works great as standalone device by connecting it to an USB port. RGB-effects can be layered so you can stack several effects over each other by assigning transparencies. Also all effects can be adjusted by a lot of parameters, giving the user unlimited possibillities for individualizing his lighting.

I've added 4 stripes (60 LEDs) to the right side of the bridge containing the components for this system. I've used another 4 stripes for bringing some light to the balancer in the system compartment, to the backside of the tray and down into the bottom compartment hosting my 3D-printer and the custom-balancer. These can be seen later in the thread after the system is flooded and working.

The stripes within the bridge are covered by the deskplate. So they're not dazzling the user and spending an indirect lighting.

Aquacomputer has named its lighting-protocol RGBpx and one of its amazing features is providing an Ambilight-effect by mirroring and translating the actual content of a screen to its LED-stripes. For that reason I've attached another four stripes behind my main screen.

RGBpx in action. The effect can be clearly seen. It would have been much better if I would have a white wall behind it and some distance to it. But even on the black carbon film and the short distance between screen and housing it works very well.

After the Intel/Geforce based system was now working it was time to take care about the already temporary used 1st Ryzen/Radeon based system.

 

The following Components were used for this one:

After this system was already in use aircooled for a few month first thing to do was disassembling it completly and doing a complete cleanup. Also the compartment needed also a cleaning pass.

First the aircooler needed to be removed which caused nearly a small accident. Removing the cooler pulled also the processor out of the socket. Luckily no pins were harmed:
