Update design:
change chassis structure. The thickness of the main chassis is 5 mm. it will use metal sheet
and diameter of rollbar is 12mm. It will use a metal tube.

Update the main chassis design, rollbar, and bottom plate.

Change chassis thickness to 3mm because I think 3mm is enough to support all body.
The bottom plate position is slightly higher to make enough space for routing the cables.

add integrated mounting for the PSU and front body.
It will be a metal sheet.

update design:
An extra SSD/HDD will be placed in the middle of the air tunnel. so SSDs and HDDs will get cooled down by fresh air.
and make the tunnel modular to make it easy to assemble when the SSD/HDD changes.

Some Components to build this case. 

- Motor gearbox

- Isolated DC to DC converter

- Insert nut M3 & M4

Update the design. I just thought about adding a Peltier to create a tiny AC inside the case.
I put a short heatsink (12x13 cm) on the cold side of the Peltier.
A long heatsink on the bottom (13x40 cm) for the hot side of the Peltier.
In theory, the heatsinks will cool the supply air temperature. We'll see what the results are like later.
This is just an idea; if it works, we will implement it. if not, will remove the heatsink
