sunnyXtremist
Some Updates: transfer to the place where my system belong, still working fine even without the help of the other fans, 3 CM fans only and it's a kicker. the photo session was cancelled, there will be an extension of submission... As promised (specially to PaPang), this will be another Ledlighted fan - the ferriswheel fan (nice to have additional more time to play poppers) And since we have an extension of submission, I bought a cheapo items to mod along to complement the Satella color (they will be painted) USB Mouse, Keyboard and a nice looking modding type USB 2.0 extension for 4 ports (yes I will kill their warrantees). that keyboard should have a keyboard glowpad and that mouse should have a mouse glowpad. Maxession
Nice work, you've realy got it done! I'm also glad to see, that with the extension, you'll continue working on some extras. I was also thinking, how about a foot stand to elivate it up in the air, giving it the idea to really be flying... I quickly (very quick lol) made a model in sketchup... That's a WOW for me Sir Maxession, I don't have the permission to post your sketchup and it's a beauty... We both have the same thing in mind but I was unable to push thru because of the Cooldrive 4 underneath (if it could have been a CoolerMaster PSU I've got then I was thinking like the one you got for to continue). Then redrawing started and end up with another 2 things, clear acrylic so everyone can see through the Satella like it's flying in the air. For now, here are the two part that will hold it, already tried and tested. But in the future, I still would like a better and weight carrying concept like the one you have there! Thanks Sir Maxession!!! here are the two parts- here you can see how the Cooldrive 4 mod block our plan!!! The backstand clear acrylic is screwed to the fibercement flatform, that front glass clear rod is sustain evenly to hold the lightest part of top. I already test it with some heavy load and it hold. But I am planning to do so with the sketchup you have and visit the nearest machine / lathe shop. the back part, it's a clear acrylic with protecting paper. And it end with a big Thanks for giving time with my mod!
Maxession
Ow, I actually forgot about that stand of yours, well, should look quite good as well, and it's in acrylic, so that will give it a nice effect. greetz.

Yes Sir Maxession, these acrylic and glass stand will be temporary. maybe after the contest I'll visit the metal distro to fabricate like the one you have at the sketchup! since I have 2 more of those bucket here identical, I might go with another spaceship oriented mod (and a stand will always come in handy by that time). sunnyXtremist
The last of the lights before assembly time and entry submission- 4 blue ledbars for thruster acrylic posts. Blue acrylic green ledbars (dish antenna and cooldrive sidelights) getting ready with the ferriswheel mod (measuring wire length for a planned 24 leds) 4 front spotlights - still testing right color (these items came from defective 10 pesos flashlights...) PaPang
What I've been waiting for, thanks sunny! However a video with all the possible light changes would be great, the cherry on the cake. Cheers and Saludos P.D. I had seen a lot of the connectors you use but did know what they were for. Now I begin to understand! Never too old to learn, heheh!
