So, woke up a little early today and continued the project. Just a small one and gonna continue in the evening, about 4/5 hours from now cuz I had to go on a meeting with a few pals of mine. By the way, since most of you guys said that I posted a lot of unneeded pics, thanks for informing me btw :D, so here's the pics of my morning work.

height and width of the attachment

IMG_0994.jpg

IMG_0995.jpg

IMG_0996.jpg

since I don't have a template for the radiator fans, I only knew that it has a 15mm spacing for each rad

IMG_0997.jpg

IMG_0998.jpg

IMG_0999.jpg

an hour later

IMG_1000.jpg

here comes the next one

IMG_1003.jpg

still, bad edges so I gotta trim em

IMG_1001.jpg

IMG_1002.jpg

done, just need some sanding work then its gonna look lika a pros work :D

IMG_1003.jpg

again, I did the same measurements with the one on top.

IMG_1004.jpg

IMG_1005.jpg

sanded both of em and ready for rinsing

IMG_1006.jpg

while waiting for em to dry up, I applied those Dunlop glues, using the same concept of gluing like I did before

IMG_1007.jpg

.........I decided to cut off some pics

2 hours later

IMG_1008.jpg

IMG_1009.jpg

IMG_1010.jpg

at least you guys can now picture the attachment, and yes, as everyone requested, every piece is becoming one...Finally, no more:buttkick: is needed :D

What ever, thanks for following this worklog and stay tuned I'll be back with more later

..........End transmission ........

Later then..........

I decided to cut a hole in the middle of the acrylic O_O

so, 1 inch on the breadth and 3/4 inch on length

IMG_1030.jpg

IMG_1031.jpg

sketched the lines

IMG_1032.jpg

an hour later......

IMG_1033.jpg

note this pic is after the editing of the options on my digi cam.......lol DIGI on 1155 boards XD

IMG_1037.jpg

continue on next piece.

IMG_1032.jpg

a few hours later..........

broken into pieces by accident........I swear it wasn't me!!

IMG_1034.jpg

So here's why I couldn't cut the acrylic properly yesterday, its because of the blade was already blunt........duh

IMG_1039.jpg

So I went down to the store and bought a new blade :D just around 1 dollar, very impressive price :D

IMG_1040.jpg

and fitted it to another piece of wood

IMG_1041.jpg

by the way, how are my camera effects?

so here is the leftover piece

IMG_1045.jpg

IMG_1046.jpg

sketched

IMG_1047.jpg

out :D in less than 10 minutes

IMG_1048.jpg

cut off the middle part

IMG_1049.jpg

in this case, I'll be only cutting the middle part and the left side and left off the right side, as shown (pointed with scissors )

IMG_1050.jpg

ok, its bend and broken, I had to break it to get the middle part off

but some pvc pipe glue will do

IMG_1051.jpg

so, here's a small update from me for today :D stay tuned tomorrow for more small updates :D

C ya
