About the production process. I draw the model in Solidworks, and i posting the programs, to my CNC machine - what is also home made, and the result of my closed other project - and I make a vacuum forming jig. After that I milled the metallic components with my cnc, and I create the plastic parts from pe, by vacuum forming machine.
