Construction begins mid November. Components will be immersed in and cooled using a fluid that boils at 34C, the vapour will be condensed using water cooling. The case will be half fish tank half water cooling. Current sketches (these are still evolving): Goals: Water cooling of all components without costly water blocks. Water cooling levels of overclocking. Portable and safe enough to take to a LAN on the train. Full sized GPU. Full sized CPU. Mini-ITX. No more expensive than traditional water cooling. Upgradable. Items: Intel 4770k Asus Maximus VI Impact 16Gb Corsair Vengeance Pro Random SSD's (for now) Radeon 6950 with bios mod to unlock voltage and shaders, clocked at 1Ghz (for now, it managed Bioshock 3 at 5760x1080 but it's time for a new card... soon) Novec 7000 Aluminium Acrylic 2x dual fan radiators Pump Pipes Custom made condenser Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
