Set sanitary hose clamp’s fastening in the upper two points:

Let’s finish the rolling out mechanism for CD’s container.

Remove the container – turned in a one-armed monster:

I’ve been describe CD’s box container earlier, but in assembled mode photographing possibilities limited.

Now we can take a closer look on this part of construction:

Guide arm will made from ½ inch pipe for mixer tap and piece of solid aluminum wire 35mm2 cross section:

Insert wire in a pipe (for rigidly) and bend on sketching:

With a fine file made a notch for drilling:

Centering for drilling by self-tapping screw:

While drilling holes, I press down the guide arm by wooden bar:

Take a look at rollers.

As a blank a tension pulley block with guide rollers was chosen:

But roller profile not confirm with pipe diameter:

Have to turn the roller in drill driver:

Make the improvised clamps:

Fix the clamps on the shields:

Assembled as an examples in other hose clip:

Secure shields on places:

Since the furniture hinges retained its open/close function, shields may be in three positions.

First, fully open:

Second, fully close:

And third, intermediate position, relatively stable:

Looks better in an intermediate position for me:

It is true that shields in general are not very noticeable, you need to look closely. Too sad… :
