It will come...
Not sure if and which riser card will be included. We are always open to suggestions or recommendations.

The MasterCase Pro 5 I/O panel will not be upgraded anytime soon.
You can purchase the Maker 5 I/O panel, but it will leave a small opening.
(but we are working on a solution for this.)

Hi!
First time posting on the forum and I hope I picked the right place to put this. I received my MasterKeys Pro L last Friday and have been loving it so far. However, I've noticed that when the keyboard is set to a LED profile like "Cross" or a profile with the LEDS off as its default not all the keys are unlit. The keys "F7" "U" "J" "N" "M", as well as the "P3" and "6" on the number pad have a faint red glow underneath.
When my PC is turned off and no power is given to the keyboard everything is unlit as it should be. However, once power is given I can see that the faint red light comes on for profiles that have the keyboard "black" as its base form. Even when other profiles are in use like "Breathe" I can still see a faint red glow even though it doesn't intrude on the colour selected as far as my eye can tell. I was wondering if anyone here can tell me why that might be and if there's a fix for it? Thank you in advance!
P.S.: Please let me know if I should post this someplace else, as well as if anyone can tell me how to attach pictures on post. I took some pics of my issue but couldn't find a way to attach them when making this post.
This problem has been experienced by a small number of users. Most of them have reported the issue to automatically resolve over time. Of course you are elligable to return your keyboard to the store of purchase and claim your warranty to receive a new one.
On what keys can I put a macro?
Can I put a macro also on combined keys like "Alt-A" or "Fn-9"?
When recording a macro, the keys on your keyboard that are lit up are available to assign a macro to. Macros can't be recorded using a combination of keys (such as Alt + A, Ctrl + E, etc.). If you're looking to create macros that do use multiple keys we recommend looking at software such as AutoHotkey.

How did you connect the fans? These fans work best with 4pin/pwm signal.
(The used IC is different compared to Silencio fans --> the fan speed will remain the same (this is a general issue with other fans when using on a radiator for example) & have option to stop when an object is blocking the blades)

The one you link is without cooling bracket, but comes with a magnetic grip + panel. (the one from APAC does not)

Check the video tutorial here:

I can only speak for Europe: goods available here have no compatibility issues with s115x CPUs.
For US region, I'm not sure. But you could always return/swap it if needed.
Which motherboard are you going to use?
-
Yep - set the pump speed to a fixed, maximum, speed and you can set the fans to a variable speed.
-
It is possible, but you need to do some minor changes to the case.
Check this reddit post for more details:

Currently, i'm building a new gaming rig with this case and i was wondering if a Corsair H110 cooling radiator would fit in the top, if not, would a Corsair H100i GTX fit?
No it is too long - max length supported is 297mm. The H110 is 312mm in length.

Okay, just got a Master Case 5. One question so far: the header connections for the front panel are all typical but one I don't get. It's a 19 pin (20-1) female that has two cables running to it. What does this do and where is it plugged into the motherboard?
That would be the USB3.0 header.

The 3 mode limit the MAX fan speed of the fans. Q being the lowest, P being the highest.

Also followup question with that bracket is it possible for a 2 card aka 4 or 5 pcie bracket inverted like that, just curious for multi gpu configs, also is there a status on the clip and click support bracket for gpus yet?
It is possible, but first focus is single card + most users (But not all!) have single card setups.
As for the clip-and-click VGA holder: it is almost ready

Is anyone interested in a Riser Card Holder for the MasterCase so you can display your Graphics Card?

CMUSA Support
That looks good ^^

What you could do is a mini-mac guyver - mod for the spacebar: get some foam (from a kitchen sponge) and put that under the spacebar as it can help to absorb the vibrations. But to be honest, not sure if that will make it 100% silent.

Not sure what you exactly mean by "back handle cover", but it comes with 2 handles + top cover (removable).
-
That is work in progress

Update: problem has been resolved. Missing front bezel will be send

They should also have send you a new FRONT cover.
Did they? (I sure hope they did)

I'm trying to get a clear understanding of your suggestion, but I can't image it right now.
Can you make a simple drawing or post something similar?

You are welcome.
It was one of the systems build for last Computex - let me dig for the specs.
And yes, it used a redundant PSU (3rd party).

You want this change mainly to support thicker radiators?
We are looking into this aspect - improving 280mm radiator support with the bracket.
Thanks again for your feedback
