  1. Hello, I just bought a Master Case Pro and I already have a current mobo it.

On the front panel with the two 3.0 USB ports, the one on the left is not working after I plugged in the 2-in-1 19 pin connector into my AsRock Z97 Anniversary.

So I'm not sure if why it isn't working, any ideas?

Just to clarify: the RIGHT one does work? (using same M/B connector/header)

You can contact RMA and they can send you a new USB port (They can be replaced individually) .

Also I like the usb 3 ports on top, however my motherboard has not usb 3 port to plug in just usb 2. I have usb 3 ports on the motherboard. One day ill upgrade but do not need to at this time, however it would be nice to have a 2.0 option.

You can purchase an adapter like this:

  2. I have purchased the Mastercase Pro 5 and just ordered the Cooler Master Nepton 280L Liquid CPU Cooler. However, after watching the official Cooler master video on installing this liquid cooler int to the Mastercase Pro 5 in the top position, I noticed that during and after the installation the 5.25 inch fron drive cage was removed. I need the 5.25 drive cage for my build and would really prefer not to install the cooler in the front position.

Does the 5.25 inch drive cage need to be removed permanently to accomodate the Nepton 280L in the top mounted position? Or does the 5.25 inch drive cage only need to be removed temporarily, and can be re-mounted after installing the Nepton 280L at top?

Any help would be apprecated as I need to know if I have to cancel my Nepton 280L order and get the Cooler Master Nepton 240M instead. Thanks.

You can install the 280L in the top and keep the 5,25" bay, please follow this instruction:

Just 1 note: if you install an optical drive in the the top 5,25" it will most likely touch the radiator. If you use the 2nd 5,25" bay, you are fine.

  3.

I bought a NVMe 2.5 SSD and it won't work with the supplied 2.5" mounts.  Can I order a thicker cage as this NVMe is twice as thick as a normal SSD?

The top o this thing keeps popping of when I move it to clean or dig something out from under it.  It doesn't seem broken.  It just doesn't seem to snap in place so it slides off easy.

You can mount the SSD on top of the SSD cages - there are four screw holes.

As for thicker ones - I will pass on the idea. Which brand NVMe SSD you have btw?

Just bought the Mastercase Pro 5. Got everything installed with no hickups. So far I'm frigging loving this case. It is hands down the best case I've gotten yet. I can fit in just about anything I want into it, yet it all fits in a mid-tower. I'll post up some pictures once I get my case fans with leds for some bling.

Only 1 question: When is CM planning on releasing those sexy tempered glass panels for this case? I spotted them in one of the review videos and it just looks amazing.

    Soon

  4. I'm trying to get a visual image in my head, but do you mean this location?

plate available to go where the HDD/Optical bays could go in the front of the case in order to hide where the drives would usually go. And I mean this in the sense where it would sit all the way in the back in order to cover seeing the right side door, not coming all the way up to the window
