tankian
Cooler Master PortugalHello good evening everyone! Today I received more components, but this time from Cooler Master Portugal !!!I want to thank again for the support they have given me, it is good to feel that the modding in Portugal is still wake!I also want to thank to Sofia Mota for the attention and availability that took me through several emails exchanged, thanks for the suport. Cooler Master Portugal is supporting me with:- Power Supply: Cooler Master V650 Gold - http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/v-sm-series/v650s/- Cooler CPU: Nepton 240m - http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-liquid-cooler/nepton-240m/- Fans: - 2x JetFlo Blue LED - http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/jetflo-120-blue/ - 1x Standard fan - http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/standard-fan-80mm/And now I leave you some pictures of the "unboxing": Well and nothing like working back in the project, the box was prepared for the coolers of gender Nepton, but when I was experiencing the part that fits into the CPU he does not fit in the opening, so I had to make some adjustments to be all right! Result: Next step will be to make a cover for side of the tunnel air.And I think then I'll proceed with the painting!Once again I have to thank Cooler Master Portugal for their support, it is an extra motivation to continue and finish the project in the best possible way.Thank U!Sponsor:Site: http://www.coolermaster.com/main/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/coolermasterportugal

tankian
Thanks! So i mounted everything to see how it will look, some cables are not well groomed because tomorrow I have to remove them to get back in work. : DThere is the video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFmrOefQstoAn idea have come because Nepton radiator blocks a little the air circulation, less air to enter for the the graphics / motherboard, although not "serious" but im thinking of putting a fan on the bottom of the box and drill the base where the motherboard fits creating more air movement. Some ideas are emerging and other fading (in a good way)!Best RegardsAlberto Soares aka tankianSponsor by:Cooler Master Portugal-Site: Www.coolermaster.com/-Facebook: Www.facebook.com/coolermasterportugalGOPECAUTO-Site: Http://www.gopecauto.com/-Facebook: Https://www.facebook.com/gopecautoSilverStone-Site: Http://silverstonetek.com/index.php?area=en-Facebook: Https://www.facebook.com/SilverStoneEnglish
tankian
Hello! This week I had to make important decisions in the project, to solve some problems of "assembly" and "camouflage", specifically hide hidden parts and fix the Nepton at the site without having any problems <<About the Camouflage i started to cut acrylic 1/2mm and use black vinyl to cover it, which went pretty well, but after thinking better in color that was going to use in the box, which will be black-textured (not bright) vinyl would not combine, that is, I had to take the vinyl of to paint the acrilyc It is the idea of how it will look ^^The assembly of Nepton, in this image you can see the final fixing and another one on the left, basically the left side went wrong (ehehe), as used pvc bracket and i did not remember he could not have firmly and it everything twisted ... So i went to the shop, again 40kms, to buy aluminum bracket, at least was the issue resolved and I ended up staying more rested ... and the finish was the same as wanted With this issue resolved, "I jumped" to the front usb ports! I started by cutting the corner with as wanted and with the necessary cuts that are needed and the hardstep was making the holes for the usb ports, but not everything can go wrong and everything ent well!I have yet to make the buttons to reset and start, but this will be easy because they will be circular and will be done at home ^^In the image the tape only is holding the cable. Tomorrow will have more news, I still have to do a piece equal to the usb to the other side so that the finish is the same. Also as you can see the box is 50% painted, this week did not have time to paint everything, but in the monday if all goes well will be painted.Best Regards!Alberto Soares aka tankianSponsor by:Cooler Master Portugal-site: Www.coolermaster.com/-Facebook: Www.facebook.com/coolermasterportugalGOPECAUTO-site: Http://www.gopecauto.com/-Facebook: Https://www.facebook.com/gopecautoSilverStone-site: Http://silverstonetek.com/index.php?area=en-Facebook: Https://www.facebook.com/SilverStoneEnglish
tankian
Hello good night here goes the update this week, not stepped forward as much as wanted, but what is certain is that I managed to make a list of what is missing! This week did much of the painting despite missing "some" parts I have not done for not having the materials, also was back from the interior and LED acrylic. Leds those who ran the hard way ... and I ended up receiving a strip in which the Red LEDs, Blue and Green came apart (without being in the same "LED") that is to change the color, for example, orange is done with like a "Christmas tree". lolNevertheless I was lucky to have a friend who still had 2metres RGB that I wanted but when i finish welding all the tin one of the tapes had 4LEDs red that did not work, I ended up unconfigure all the transformer so that the button to turn on and off LEDs was the pink color looool ... after me "pass" decided by welding only way to get the blue leds working directly and I will return to order the LEDs again ...pictures:Before painting the test with a larger piece acrylic:Painting:Thank Gopecauto for the paint job.Result:You can see that there is a difference of tone at the foot of the usb ports, was due to have painted these items separately, but has been solved just by taking a "smoke" at all.The covers used "magnet" to put in placeI decided that I will choose to put a switch on/off the LEDs will want to get under the windows in acrylic because only when you have the new LEDs will I be able to decrease/increase the intensity and without it can become too much light. In the part where there is a "cut" in acrylic is for sata cables pass through that place.Best Regards!Alberto Soares aka tankianSponsor by:Cooler Master Portugal-site: Www.coolermaster.com/-Facebook: Www.facebook.com/coolermasterportugalGOPECAUTO-site: Http://www.gopecauto.com/-Facebook: Https://www.facebook.com/gopecautoSilverStone-site: Http://silverstonetek.com/index.php?area=en-Facebook: Https://www.facebook.com/SilverStoneEnglish
tankian
Hello everyone! I know i didnt have make a lot the past week, but in the past weekend was unable to do anything for my regret This week I set to work and has been more "collages", but I am suspicious that the silicone used is worthless and I'm still going to regret later, but only time will tell Last week I received the acrylic windows but some have risks (small) but with the lighting they are huge, I was a bit disapointed but was expected this, i wanted to use glass but was more expensive and did not know if it was possible to drill holes (for air circulation). Some pictures of what I did and I received this week.Acrylic 8mm. The solution to the graphical not have oxygen issues <<This weekend, I will rebuild all LEDs, USBs paste in place, aluminum profile for acrylic finish top, thin acrylic plate to cover the back and more.Best Regards!Alberto Soares aka tankian Sponsor by:Cooler Master Portugal-Site: www.coolermaster.com/-Facebook: www.facebook.com/coolermasterportugalGOPECAUTO-Site: http://www.gopecauto.com/-Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gopecautoSilverStone-Site: http://silverstonete...dex.php?area=en-Facebook: https://www.facebook...verStoneEnglish
