Interesting how do you glue the parts together?🤔

Which parts? The 3D-printed ones or acrylic? :)

For 3D-printed I use Loctite Superglue (cyanoacrylate) and hot glue as filler.

For acrylic I use Acrifix 116. It's extremely strong and I've made several distros without any screws at all.

The beautiful and powerful Asus ROG STRIX Z790-I motherboard gets CPU, waterblock, RAM and SSD installed.

And now for some tubing works!

I'm using EK Satin titanium brass hard tubing. Both straight and pre-bent 90 degree.

Then I bend them myself using a slightly larger radius tool and it works awesome.

Was afraid that the surface treatment would crack (as chromed brass does) but it looks really good!

Here's the levitating radiators and the two midle piped will hold the CM-logo distro.

The front facing CM logo distro will be a decorative part and just loop back the water between the two radiators, but in a sneaky sort of way.

Water will pass through it and down to this little part attatched to the leg. I made it as small as possible but still supportive for the large distro.

Glued and screwed together (here in press under green bottle)

So here it is! At first look the water goes through the table :D

Time for some cable work!

Since cables will be fully visible I want them all to be custom length.

To go with the theme I felt that sleeve isn't right for this. First idea was to go with transparent copper cables (think speaker cables) but I don't want to mix copper to the color theme.

Instead I choose transparent nickel plated cord. Beautiful and a pleasure to work with doing the crimping.

Instead of double-crimping two cables in one connector I prefer to solder splits where needed.

And of course I place the splits in a strategic place where not visible.

Custom length 24 pin and next up is 8 pin EPS cable.

I will use the included 12+4 pin to the grapchics card as it comes with a 90 degree connector and a black sleeve.

With the GPU mounted vertical the cable will not even be visible going down behind the card.

Final touches to CM logo distro and projector mounts.

I'm using this 1 mm iridiscent green polystyrene mirror as cover dekoration for the CM logo and will be using it for the speaker fronts.

And installed!

Cooling loop is done and ready for leak testing.

All good here :D

Also got the Fosi amplifier installed and the projector sits perfect with it's modular mounts.

It can be rotated and tilted so should be easy to set up with it's auto correction.

With the loop done it's finally time fore some filling and Windows installation befor the final assembly and finish detail work begins.

A quick check to see how good it looks together with the yellow membranes :D

Windows is installed! Super convinient with my little screen.

It will be used to easy manage the music system and navigate to movies/streams to push through the Samsung Freestyle projector.

Final assembly awaits and then photo shoot. Only thing missing is an adapter from micro HDMI to HDMI and I'll be able to push that 4090 graphics throught the projector :D
