umberto todaro Posted October 21, 2020 Author Posted October 21, 2020 Good morning folks. Is time to get to work. Wuesta scratch build will be made of wood, plexiglass, aluminum and epoxy resin, so we start working and cutting the wooden panels that will also be the structure of the entire mod.
umberto todaro Posted October 27, 2020 Author Posted October 27, 2020 Now that the paneling that will frame the entire mod is ready, And as we can see in the image above, I have integrated an opening that corresponds in all 4 wooden panels that will serve to lock the motherboard panel, once the structure is closed . So now we're going to get on with the work, And we go to finish and give the main pittur hands, and then they go to make the holes that will serve to fix the entire structure so as not to use screws or bolts that will go to view, so as to obtain a result as clean as possible
umberto todaro Posted November 3, 2020 Author Posted November 3, 2020 Hi, guys the panels are finally dry and ready. So we move on to the construction of the front of the case, so we start making a mold for the epoxy resin, to make a red panel with a thickness of 3 cm. After waiting 5 days for the total hardening of the resin, begins the Sanding And polishing works. The 2 panels are finally almost finished, so after supplementing the ROG textures, We can finally take a look at the final result of The front.
umberto todaro Posted November 16, 2020 Author Posted November 16, 2020 Hi guys, Today I dedicate to the custom realization of fan grills That will be applied to the top panel and the front panel.
